The Crommelin and Dubourdieu Huguenot families were important and significant figures in the history of Lisburn. Dubourdieu ministered to the Huguenot congregation in the town during the early 18th century and Crommelin was closely associated with Lisburn’s famous linen industry. The Lisburn Memorials Trust was established to restore the memorials of these Huguenots at Lisburn Cathedral.
